Boredom is hard to come by in Chattanooga! There are endless amounts of outdoor things to do that will keep you and your family entertained all day. From kayaking and paddleboarding right in downtown on the Tennessee River, the wide variety of hiking trails that end in beautiful waterfalls, to rock climbing indoors at High Point or going on a guided climbing trip on giant natural rock structures… you can do it all!

For something to do that more relaxing with the family; you can take a stroll down the Walnut walking bridge and stop to get some ice-cream at Clumpies on the way back. Take a stroll down the riverwalk and enjoy the river and all of the amazing architecture that downtown Chattanooga has a number of outdoor activities for all ages. Hiking Trails + Water Falls

People come from all over to take advantage of the awesome hiking trails that we have here in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Northwest Georgia. Hiking trails located on, Lookout Mountain, Raccoon Mountain, Pigeon Mountain, Signal Mountain, lots of mountains! And with mountains come streams and waterfalls. We have serval state parks like Raccoon Mountain State Park and Cloudland Canyon State Park where you will find waterfalls, beautiful overlooks, and great places to pull out your fishing pole and go fishing with the family! Mountain Biking

Mountain Biking is one of the most popular outdoor activities and Chattanooga has become a mecca for mountain bikers, with more than 100 miles of single-track trail within 20 minutes of the downtown. All of our rentals are located within minutes of all of these trails. Are homes are equipped with plenty of space to keep additional vehicles or equipment that is needed while on the trails. We have 3 homes located 4 minutes away from Raccoon Mountain which has 50 miles or single-track trails. As for weather, Fall and spring are the most popular times to ride, with its cooler temperatures and beautiful autumn colors. So, throw your bike on the car and take the trip to see why so many cyclists are making Chattanooga a must-do fall destination. People come from all over to ride the trails in this incredible mountainous terrain that we have here in Chattanooga. There are so many great water activities to do in Chattanooga and its a huge reason why people come to visit! All of our homes are located close to many of these water activities which makes our properties the perfect place to stay during you time here in Chattanooga. During the late spring and into fall is the best time to get out there and splash into some of the city`s best water activities. Whether you`re looking for adventure or some fun with the kiddos, we have you covered with this list of our favorites.


High Point Climbing and Fitness

High Point Climbing and Fitness is one of the nations`s most unique climbing facilities with 30,000 square feet of climbing inside and outside. In the April 2015 issue of Climbing Magazine High Point was called, “the country`s coolest gym”. The outdoor climbing walls feature climbing on transparent climbing material that is like nothing else. There are lead, top rope, and auto-belay walls, as well as two 15-meter speed climbing walls. Climb while enjoying wonderful Chattanooga right over Broad Street! Inside, there are climbing areas for everyone. From beginner auto-belay walls to our top roping room, lead climbing pit, and two bouldering areas. The Kid Zone is built for kids, fun for everyone. For the more experienced, there is even a training area featuring a campus, moon, and adjustable wall.

Chattanooga Market

The Chattanooga Market is the region`s largest producer-only arts and crafts and farmers` market. It is held every Sunday from April to December at the open-air First Tennessee Pavilion in Chattanooga, Tennessee, typically from 11am until 4pm.
